The baby I watch is about 13 months and I feel like he might be ready for one nap instead of two. He usually sleeps for an hour and a half in the morning and then again in the afternoon, but he has been skipping one a day or sleeping for half an hour tops.
Just wondering when a baby typically switches from two naps to one and if now is a good time to get him started on the adjustment.
Re: Nanny has a ? for Moms: when does baby switch to one nap?
Ben is a year old and he still definitely still needs two naps a day. My daughter didn't switch to one nap a day until she was a year and a half, or so.
