AW! I got a new(ish) car!

So DH kept thinking we needed a bigger car than the two we have (even though I thought what we had were plenty big), so after talking a ton we went and got a Toyota Highlander this weekend. It is a 2008 used one, but very clean and I am liking it a lot so far. It is so nice to be higher up! So yay for new(ish) cars!

    That's great Smile We are also looking to buy a new car for me (right now I have a 2 door Civic!). One of my biggest things is having something "higher up!"

    I love the Highlanders! Me and DH needed to get a newish car too, we both have 2 dr sports cars :-( We just got a Nissan Murano, and I have to say it is quite a difference getting into the car, it does feel nice to be higher up.

    Nice! My in laws have one of those (in downtown Chicago which seems pointless lol) but I really like it!

    It's so funny that you say new (sort of) of a 2008 b/c we bought our cars new in 2007 (they are 07s) and I still feel like they're new - I can't believe it's already 2009! haha

    yay!

    i might finally be getting my new(ish) car this week too. so exciting! since the accident in january dh has been driving me around and while i appreciate him being able to do it i still feel stranded without my own car
