Embarassing moment at shower to be

So last night I was registry stalking. My MIL's shower is in two weeks and I wanted to see if anything addtional had been purchased off my registry. Well to my big surprise my BREAST PUMP has been purchased (Medala PIS, beacoup $$$). I only had it on my registry so I wouldn't forget which one my friends recommended to me....DH and I totally planned on buying it ourselves (saving the BRU coupon pluse $20 gift card to go towards it). We were actually going to buy it this past weekend, but I left our gift card at home. Imagine my surprise to see that it was bought...DH's family doesn't really have money that someone would buy it....I'm guessing a bunch of people went in on it together.....Holy cow...how embarassing will it be to unwrap my BREAST PUMP in front of DH's family!!!

LOL - sorry, that is kinda funny. Oh well, is it at least an all-female shower?

That's funny! We had a couples shower and my DH and I were both opening presents- he ended up opening the breast bump. It was pretty funny!!

Think about it this way, some day those same people are going to be looking at (and possibly holding/wiping up drips from) an actual bottle of your expressed breastmilk, and no one will think anything of it.
