All the same. If your PNV says it contains DHA then that is all you need. I take flinstone vits now because I had such a hard time with regular PNV and I take a DHA supplement with it.
I take Expecta DHA, which is separate from my pre-natals. They cost about $10 a box (contains 30 pills) and you get a $2 coupon in the box. They don't have a fishy after taste. So your burps don't taste like fish.
Some people say to avoid the fish oil supplements because many don't state what type of fish they're from and they could contain mercury, etc. I'm taking the Expecta Lipil DHA supplement as well - it's a non-fish based DHA supplement just in case.
