Hospital tour made me nervous..

but also ready.  The only room that made me freak a little was the delivery room.  Seemed so cold and sterile.  I'm not a big fan of hospitals......

But the recovery rooms were nice, so that made me feel better. Stick out tongue

    I think I cried a little tear when I went to mine when I was pg last time.  It just all sunk in and made me a little emo.

    I felt like a huge wuss when I got nervous!  But the pain scale posted on the wall made me laugh!!

    I think that's normal.  

    My BFF ran out of the hospital halfway though the tour, leaving her poor H behind /w the rest of the group not knowing what happened.

    Will you deliver & recover in the same room? That's how my hospital is set up. There are 10 private L&D rooms (and i think 2 surgical suites if you need a cs) But after you're done you stay in the same room for your recovery. It's like the room does some sick transformer moves and everything stores in the floor & ceiling. Don't be nervous - im sure you'd rather have it nice & sterile one youre in there giving birth!

    The delivery and recovery rooms are seperate.  I've seen those delivery suites before  - they're nice!!

    They showed us how the room works when we went on our tour. It's effing awesome!

    My hospital is really nice and it still scared me to death.  I think it just made things really real.
