Stupid Bad Night's Sleep!

I got the worst night of sleep ever last night due to some extreme back pain (I think I pulled a muscle picking up one of my kids at work).  Now I have a nice temp spike today, but have no idea whether it's mostly due to the lack of sleep or possible O.  I hate having a bad night's sleep when you are waiting for those 3 high temps to confirm O!!

    I can totally relate.  The last 3 nights in a row I have not slept well.  I wake up at 3am with a sore neck/headache and then toss and turn until the alarm goes off.  It's driving me crazy!  I'll be poppin some Tylenol PM tonight.

    I know what you mean! That happened to me the other night and it's causing my chart to look like crap!! Hopefully yours will show the O in a few days - one day can't hurt.
