formula rec for breast feeding supplementation?

I don't think she is getting enough milk from me.  Anyone have a recommendation for a breastfed baby for supplements? Is there one that tastes the most like breastmilk?  or one that has some sort of nutrition extra over breastmilk?

And if they are all the same, how do you choose??

  • I had supply issues while Breast feeding and found that the Gentlease was the best, DS took to it just fine along with BF.

  • I forgot to say - she also has reflux, but it's under control with meds.  so maybe there is one that's better for reflux?  (no milk allergy or anything, so we don't need to do the alimentium)
  • I had supply issues and used Enfamil Lipil.  We did have some samples of Similac and used them/DD didnt seem picky.  I think I ended up using EL cuz it's what I had the most checks for....

  • I am in the process of weaning DD off the breast, and we started out with Enfamil and than Similac, but she refused either one. Nestle Goodstart worked like a charm!
