heartburn from hell!! UGH

Seriously - I can't take this shiiiit anymore. ?This heartburn must. go. away. now. ?Somebody - please - make it stop!!!!!

    Mine has been really bad lately....and the worst thing is that after I take Tums, it makes me gag.

    I'm also really addicted to Pink Lemonade this past week, which doesn't help my heart burn either!!

    3 more weeks...I hope it goes away!

    I found the CURE........Ok I got this at the vitamin shop and it is in a yellowish box and it is called Caricol..What is it you ask..it is pureed papaya..OMG Heaven..I have the worst heartburn and this helps tremendously...

    My heartburn has started to get really bad this week... Add that to acid reflux and I am just having a great time :(

    Back away from the tums... they are extra hard on your liver or kidneys or something like that. Whatever the case, try Gaviscon. I know they sell it at Target- some other places have it too. It's the strongest OTC and works SO quick. My Dr. rec'd them and I'm so thankful she did!!

    you'll never guess what was the culprit...my prenatal vitamins!!!  I had forgotten them for 3 days and every morning i was like...hmm i didn't have HB lastnight.  then i resumed the vitamins and that nite i was almost at vomit level (tmi sorry)  so at next appt i asked ob and she said at this stage i could take flinstones...been fine ever since :) 

    Otherwise Tums smoothies saved my arse for entire 3rd tri :)
