  I have heard that before.   I think it has something to do with the fact that you create more saliva when you're pg - thirst comes with that.  I haven't experienced that with either pg though.  Interesting.

  It wasn't immediate, but the first trimester I was sooo much thirstier

  I think it's because your body needs more water. Your metabolism speeds up, blood volume increases, etc.

  That's one of my post o/pre af symptoms. I'm one of the lucky few who's regular 2ww things are pg symptoms too.

  I was soooooo thirsty when I was pregnant. During the first trimester I would wake ?up like every hour at night and drink an entire glass of water.?

  I was sooo thirsty when I was preg.  I could not satisfy my thirst.  Now whenever I get thirsty in 2ww I think "oooh this it it"

  I get that way sometimes, if I eat too much salty food or something like that. Especially if I am retaining water and my rings are tight.

  That is not how I feel right now, however, I have been drinking water like crazy for the last week and I swear to you, I can't stop. I feel like I took a bunch of antihistamines or something. I am not peeing a million times a day either, which seems odd.

  I am trying not to psych myself out. And I totally do not get the reason behind the symptom.
