Per the MAYO CLINIC website: Consider these general guidelines for pregnancy weight gain from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists:
OMG! like seriously!... You are 22 weeks PG 10 lbs is okay, and you should NEVER diet while PG. Your baby cannot get what he or she needs from your body. What did you think, that you were not going to gain any weight?? Weight gain is expected during pregnancy.
I think my mom needs to have a talk with you! lol
