Babies: 9 - 12 Months

9/10 month feeding schedule, could you help

I know it is a pain to post your daily schedule, but I'm looking to see how people get three meals in, bottles, naps etc.

Right now I'm only doing two meal and 5 bottles, but I need to start three meals and I'm thinking less bottles, more in each.

Also what do you feed your DC for each meal?  When do they wake up, nap, etc.

Your time is appreciated!!

  • We do bottles around 6:30, 11:00, 3:30 and 7:30

    Solid meals around 8, 12:30, and 5:30

He naps around 8:30 or 9 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours then he naps again around 1 or 1:30 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

He goes to bed around 7:30 and wakes up any time between 4:45 and 6

  • 7:30 wake-up & 6 oz. bottle

    9:00 breakfast

    10:30 6oz. bottle and nap

    1:00 6 oz. bottle

    2:30 lunch

3:30 6 oz bottle and nap

    6:30 dinner

7:15 6 oz bottle and bedtime

For meals she's pretty much on finger foods now, I sometimes attempt to give her purees and cereals but she doesn't really want them.  I give her a variety of cut up fruits and veggies (fresh and frozen) like pears, peaches, blueberries green beans, peas, and carrots.  She likes yogurt melts, cheerios, puffs, zwieback toast, and teething biscuits.  Canned chicken breast (or fresh if I have some) and hard-boiled egg yolks, rice, and pasta.  HTH :)

ETA: She doesn't usually finish her bottles, usually she'll have anywhere between 4-6 oz. at a time, so her average intake is around 24oz a day.

  • We still do the same amount of bottles/nursing with 3 meals/day as we did before she was having as many solids. She will not drink more in each bottle. Her schedule constantly shifts depending on her naps, but the pattern is basically wake up, nurse or bottle right away, solids about 1/2 hr-1 hour later, nurse or bottle again before napping, wake up and repeat the cycle. She wakes up around 6 or 6:30, takes one 2 hour nap in the morning, one 2 hour nap in the afternoon and goes to bed around 8.
