once you change the pic to B&W, you should be able to place your mouse over the picture and it will be a small circle. hold down the right mouse button and it will revert back to the original color of the picture.
There is a menu that is to the upper left of the picture that allows you to enlarge to decrease the size of the circle and also how opaque/strong your want the original color to be..
I don't know the answer to your other question about the link.. I am computer challenged also and html code makes my head hurt lol
