BF Classes or other Classes

When are you going to start taking classes - if you are taking any... Our birthing class begins in May but just wondering when I should take the others... I would like to get them out of the way before May?

They tell you not to take them too early so you don't forget anything. I am just now trying to find out when they are so I can decide which ones I can take based on the days and when they are offered. I have already set up my birthing class at the hospital, just need to do the others.

Our class starts next week (6 weeks, 1x per week) and covers delivery, infant care, and breast feeding throughout the series. Our hospital says you have to sign up to complete the classes at least 6 weeks before your due date. Then we have an infant CPR class that is a one-time class on a weekend in late April, too.

Besides a regular childbirth class I'm doing a breastfeeding class offered by our hospital. It's in the beginning of June, after the childbirth classes end.

I'm taking my BF class in early April. I would have liked to take it later but that was the only date that worked with our work schedules. I hope I can remember it all b/c I had a terrible time nursing DD and it has become my one fear this second time around.

I'm due July 22.

My childbirth series is three weekly classes from May 7 - 21; my breastfeeding class is June 9; and my anesthesia class is July 7.

I am due June 8th and I have my first class Thursday. It is a BF class. I only registered for this class so early so I would know what kind of bottles, pump etc to register for. My childbirthing classes start April 7th for 3 weeks and then my newborn class is the end of April.

I wanted all of my classes to end at least 4wks before I was due just in case.
