"The Bachelor" makes me so uncomfortable

I feel physically uneasy when I watch it -- embarrassed for the girls.

Yet I can't change the channel.

Am I alone?

    Sometimes I feel really bad for them but they did sign up for it. He seems like a really nice guy but I think it's a slimy way to be able to meet and 'test drive' a bunch of women. IRL, many women would dump him the moment they thought he was messing around with someone else.

    Ditto.  It always makes me sad when the girls start saying I love you, and he can't/won't say it back.  He just goes on about how *he* needed to know how she felt so he could move forward.  He needs to know that they are committed, yet he won't commit to any of them.
