sore spot...

I've got a sore spot on one of my nipples... and it looks like theres a little red spot maybe a little blood blister she grinded/ground? my nipple the other day and since then its been a little sore... today it is much sorer... suggestions? thank you!

I got a little blister like that a while ago.Try putting some lanolin on them to soothe them. Otherwise you can try some comfort gel pads, you can buy them at target, these I found very very helpful!
