How has the pregnancy been thus far? I am dealing with diabetes and a special diet and doing fairly well. My last U/S was last week and it is amazing how fast the baby grows and the heart beat was 164.

Next U/S is Monday 3/9 and I will be released from my RE and onto my OB and high risk MD. What a journey this has been thus far.

I am 8wk 6d today. Had my 1st dr appt this morning and got to hear the heartbeat- nice and strong! Very exciting! I don't get an ultrasound for 3 more weeks..and then just the 20 week one after that. Otherwise this pregnancy has been good other than the sore boobs and nausea here and there!

I'm feeling a lot better now that I've started taking B6. ?DH is getting carryout from outback steakhouse and it will be the first real meal I've had in a few weeks (granted it's just the kids mac-a-roo and cheese, but still). I will be 9 weeks on Wednesday and I am so excited! ?We started letting it slip to our friends and they are so happy for us.

did you hear it on a doppler? ?I have my appt on Thursday and I will be 9w1d. I was hoping there was a chance I'd be able to hear the hb.?

I'm eight weeks. I have my second appointment with my RE this wednesday, and next Monday, same as you I have my first appointment with my OB.?

So far it's been ok. Moody, tired, mild cramping at night, constantly hungry, nauseous. But I can't complain too much thus far, no throwing up...yet.

?How has it been for you?

I have not had any M/S this far. Boobs a little heavy. Stomach is starting to shape. I had a hungry spell yesterday where I could not get enough to eat.

I'm 8 weeks...will be 9 if you go by lpm tomorrow.....or by baby measured at 1st u/s 9 weeks on friday, or (s/he was measuring 4 days behind at LAST u/s) 9 weeks on sat....but really sure what to go by.....having some spotting from the internal u/s...but other than that..not been sick this pregnancy at all...feeling good

Im 8 weeks! I have my first apt this Friday and Im so excited and nervous. So far no symptoms except a little fatigue here and there. But feeling great and cant wait to get a baby bump instead of bloat!

Hi ladies. I have been feeling pretty well thusfar. Some fatigue and underlying nausea, but nothing to write home about

My skin is awful though

Also had some pretty sore bbs, but they aren't as bad anymore. So far, so good. GL to all of us!!!

I'm 8 weeks?according?to my midwife, but only 7 according to this site. I'm going with the midwife because she gave me a wheel to use at home and it clearly says I'm 8 weeks.

I've been feeling better these past few days. Still bloated like anything, but less cramping and less nausea. I bought a "belly band" from Motherhood and it's making my snug jeans not hurt so badly! So yea for that! I've also had a bit more energy and no longer sleep for 12 hours a day!

My first OB appointment and also my first "official" ?midwife appointment is not until next week, so I haven't seen or heard anything yet! Can't wait!!?

Feeling ok today actually. I could eat without feeling sick.

I have my third dr. appointment and ultrasound tomorrow. After the first ultrasound my doctor thought I had a blighted ovum. But two weeks ago we saw the little heart beating away. I'm praying for a strong and healthy heart beat tomorrow. I know the day will just go by so slow unil 4:15 rolls around.

8 weeks 2 days and feeling like crapola! I know it could be so much worse.. and I am grateful for the sh!tty feeling to reasure me! LOL?

I am also grateful I have a laid back little one that is cool with snuggling with momma most of the day

Heres to no morning sickness soon so I can get stuff done!

I too would be interested to know who has heard anything on a doppler yet.. I know it is doable at 8-9 weeks and we just ordered ours I was pretty good at getting it last time so fingers crossed momma can relax a little ?

I also have diabetes and I am 8wks (tomorrow). Pregnancy is kicking my butt. I am nauseous 24/7, irritable, and my boobs hurt even when the water from the shower hits them. But the hardest part is adjusting to the Gestational Diabetes diet. I just want to eat my favorite foods, and I can't.

I havent heard the heartbeat yet, but I am hoping on my 3/18 appointment they will be able to find it with a doppler.

I'm 8.5 weeks! I had an internal u/s with my RE at 7 weeks and saw and heard the h/b, which was awesome. I have my first appt with my OB at 10.5 weeks so 2 weeks from today...I can't wait!

I've had very minimal symptoms - a little nausea here and there, I'm ALWAYS hungry but then I stuff myself and feel like crap after. Siiigh...can't win

Hi Ladies,

I had my first appointment today and Dr. said baby is measuring at 8w6days, so about 2 days ahead what my siggy says. We got to see the baby on the internal ultrasound and heard the heartbeat.. nice and strong. Dr. said everything looks good.

I've been feeling okay.. a little nausous and fatigued. Next appt. is April 1st and next u/s won't be until 20 weeks.

Hope everyone is feeling okay so far! Smile

I?m just counting down the days until my first dr. apt. on the 16th. I have no symptoms besides some sore bbs but that?s about it from here. We went shopping at an outlet mall today and I found some great summer dresses! Big Smile

Sorry it took me till this evening to respond. I was napping! Anyway, yes they heard it on the doppler and it didn't take very long for her to find it! I didn't think they would hear it that early from what I've read, but I guess so! She said there wasn't 100% chance of finding it, but there it was beating away!
