I had none (and had a bunch on clomid) but I know other ladies have had s/e.

No I did not but I think that's due to our male factor. With IUI our chances are 12%, it goes up to 50% with IVF. I always had a nice follicle on each cycle of femara.

i did 2 rounds of femara and 2nd time was the charm for us. both times i only got 1 large follie, though it would have been nice to see 2-3. it really helped thicken up my lining too (by promoting the follie development). i experienced mild headaches and my DH said i was moody but i didn't feel particularly different... i think going through IF was the part that made me emotional, not the drugs. no hot flashes or anything like that. the first time i took it (i took it in the mornings) i would get really tired in the evenings, much earlier than usual....2nd time i did not have this s/e so i'm not sure if it was a real s/e or just due to life, work, etc.

I had no s/e and got a BFP but unfortunately I m/c.

I got pimples like a teenager. Actually, worse than when I was a teenager. I think that was the main one for me. I produced good follicles with it but didn't conceive. I found out after that I had stage 3 endo. So who knows if it would have worked if I'd have done the lap sooner. I hope it works for you!
