and the results were great (supposedly) BUT they found what might be a growth or something strange that they couldn't decifer so I have to now go to a high risk dr for further testing. nothing like added stress.
we are doing good otherwise. VERY busy. dh is away on buisness, we are closing on our house on monday, and i am dealing with an additional dr who wants me prescribed lovenox just because he doesn't know what else to do with me (based upon my m/c)
I vote that he leaves me the hell alone and let me be with my regular ob, who also doesn't get why he's prescribing the lovenox. they went so far as to send the meds to my house (prior to even meeting me) and charging my insurance almost $3000 for it.
My NT measurement indicated a 1 in 3 chance of a defect. After several more test over about 2 months, everything seems fine. Doesn't sound like they are overly concerned, just being cautious. I knew there was a possibke serious problem immediately by the way they treated me.
Re: so i had my nuchal transusancy today...
Nothing like added MYSTERY to a pregnancy, huh?
I'm sure it's nothing. Think of it this way, you get another peek at the baby at the perinatologist.
How are you doing otherwise?

It's good to see you, Kat! Hope you're doing well!!
I'm sure they're just being cautious. The techs thought they saw something funky on Andersen's big u/s and everything turned out fine.
