swaddle me or miracle blanket?

We used a swaddle me with DS and it worked well but I am wondering if the miracle blanket would have gotten us even more sleep!  Just wanted some opinions since the MB is so pricey!  Thanks!!!

    MIRACLE BLANKET!

That thing is worth 3 HUNDRED dollars! It lives up to its name :)

  • no choice... miracle blanket all the way!
  • We bought the miracle blanket, but it didn't help us since neither of my boys liked being swaddled.  G ended up sleeping in his carseat on our bed and that was our saving grace.  I'll definitely try the miracle blanket with #3 if we have a #3 though.  I've heard tons and tons of wonderful things about it, but never heard much about the swaddle me.
  • Definitely the Miracle Blanket. That is my favorite baby product EVER.
  • MB without a doubt!  My DH laughed at me when I told him how much I spent on the blanket, but after the first night, he said it was well worth it!
  • ditto REOM--definitely the miracle blanket! that thing is worth it's weight in gold, platinum and diamonds!!!! ;)

we had a swaddle me and it was useless.?

  • We have only used the swaddle me and I will say that DS2 outgrew the small size immediately so he's in the larger size one.

What is good about the MB?  I'm not familiar...

  • The biggest difference between the two (IMO) is that the MB provides two flaps that hold the arms snugly against the body and then additional material to wrap the entire baby...essentially making it impossible for the baby to break free.  We we never able to get the Swaddle Me snug enough with the velcro.

We actually weren't using it correctly at first (it's not incredibly intuitive to first time parents) but after watching the video I swear we heard angels singing once DS was swaddled.
