and I say down there because I can't actually figure out "where" is excatly...I don't know if its rlp on my pelvic bones or is some kind of pain on the flesh..maybe because of circulation? at least I know it's not my bladder or uterus since is wayy south I'm waiting for my doc to call back (shes taking her time!) so I was wondering if anyone has felt something like it? sometimes it even hurts when I walk!!
TIA!
Re: pain down there anyone?
Big time! I didn't have it until like 34 weeks with DD, Have had it since about 18 this time. It's a combo of RLP and pubic bones spreading. Everything is beginning to relax down there plus weight of baby just makes it worse. Not sure what you can do about it. Lying down is about the only thing that helps me.
I have severe pain in my left groin, basically where my hip and pelvic bones meet. I have a tentative diagnosis of pelvic instability, also called SPD. Mine hurts the most when I am turning over in bed or walking for a long time. Also hurts to put on pants and walk up stairs. People who have had pelvic trauma (e.g. car accident) or malformed pelvis/hips are highly susceptible.

OMG thank you so much girls, I was so worried wondering what could it be, but now I'm pretty sure it's a combination of rlp and pelvic bones spreading...
mpls_cat I'm sorry to hear about your pain sounds really serious, but I don't think that's what I have since it isnt on the point where my hip and pelvic bones meet, but thank you anyways for the info and I hope you feel better soon...I hope we all do!
thanks again!
