DH and I will start TTC in a few months, but we've already started throwing names around. ?What you think about....
?
Boy- ? Cael Nicholas ?(Nicholas is DH's name, DH's mn is his dad's name)
??Owen
Girl- ?Elizabeth (nickname- Ellie, I think)
Caire?
?
?No middle names yet for the last three. ??

Elizabeth is a top name for us. Claire is one of my favorite names, but it sounds horrible with our last name. I love Owen. Cael is bad. Nicholas is our #1 boy name.
Claire Elizabeth is beautiful or vice versa.?
I love Owen. Hate Cael. How about Owen Nicholas.
I love Elizabeth and Claire too. And Elizabeth Claire.
Nicholas Owen is nice. I dont care for Cael.
Elizabeth Claire sounds pretty.
?
Edited to add: Owen Nicholas sounds good, but I am afraid that the n of oweN and the n of Nicholas will run together?
I agree on both names just like this.
Seems as though I may be the only person who likes Cael. ?DH is on the fence about it. ?I like Owen Nicholas, too, but I was worried about the "N" ending and start as PP said. ?I don't want Nicholas Owen, because I don't want DH to have the same name as our future child, though it is a good name!?

The name Nicholas gives me the hives. My fellow teachers at school and I were just remarking how we have never had a good Nicholas. Honestly, they've all had issues. Weird.
I like Owen.
Cael is so NMS. I don't even know how to pronounce that.
Agreed.
Gives you the hives? Nicholas is my favorite boy name. I've never met anyone that really dislikes it. ?It's just a classic and timeless name.?
Same here.
Cael- awful, sorry
Owen- NMS but not a bad name
Elizabeth- pretty
Claire- my favorite (It was our top girl name if this baby had been a girl)
Just be aware that you may change your mind a ton of times given that your not even pregnant yet. I loved the name Aubrey for so long then once I became pregnant I ended up crossing it off the list after a few months. Just sayin!
As a teacher, I agree! What's up with the Nicholas' of the world? However, I've not noticed any type of difference when Nicholas is the middle name.
