what time do you go to bed at night?

I went to bed at 7:30 last night. ?I could not stay up another minute. ?Of course, then I woke up at 11:30 and was up until 2am. ?Bah.?

I can't figure out what my bedtime is these days. ??

    I go to bed between 12-1 usually and get up between 7-8.  I have tried to go to bed earlier and it doesn't work.  Anyways its my me time...DH usually goes to bed as soon as he gets home from work.

    I tend to go to bed between 9:30 and 10:30 and then read for a bit falling asleep before 11 at the latest.  I need a lot of sleep and my girls have been waking up at 6ish since DH's job moved to the other plant.  (He started getting up earlier and I don't know if DD#2 is hearing his shower or the doors beeping but she's getting up with him...)

    Usually around 1am.

    Then I'm awakened around 2/2:30....then 4ish....then 6/6:30.....

    Damn, until typing this out I hadn't realized that C was still on a 2hr schedule!  Crying

    midnight.

    DH would prefer 11pm and I would prefer 1am (as long as I get to sleep an hour later in the morning).

    So that's our compromise.?

    I am normally in bed by 10 and then read until 10:30 at the latest. ?Yawwwwnnnnn. ?It's hard being old!

    9pm to 1am.  Totally all over the place.  Last night it was 9 which is why I am up now at midnight.
