Green beans puree

How did you cook your green beans? I assume steam them, but for how long?

I just made green beans yesterday! I steamed them until they seemed "mushy" or at least soft enough to puree. I would say about 10-15 minutes or so.

Green beans where a bigger hit for DD than peas, and I've heard the same from other moms.
