How long before you got AF after natural miscarriage?

My doctor confirmed I miscarried this past Tuesday and prescribed cytotec to aid the natural miscarriage along.I still have some light bleeding.  For those that have had a natural misarriage and those who took cytotec, how long did it take before AF arrived?  I have heard anywhere between 4-8 weeks.  Was just wondering what your experience was.  Thanks.

    So sorry for your loss...I had a natural m/c (with no meds to help) and I got AF exactly 5 weeks later. GL to you!

    I am so sorry for your loss.  I took Misoprostol and had my m/c on 7/22.  I got AF 37

    I had a natural miscarriage - no drugs or anything, either.  Took AF 31 days to come.  That's a bit long for me; my cycles were 26-27 days.

    Sorry to hear about your loss.  I had two natural miscarriages and both times AF showed pretty much about 30 days later.  I wasn't on any meds.  Hope you don't have to wait too long.  (((HUGS)))
    4/08 BFP resulted in m/c
    8/08 BFP resulted in m/c
    3/09 Polyp removed and dx MTHFR (both copies)
    6 Clomid cycles, all BFN
    5/09 IUI#1 with Clomid=BFN
    6/09 IUI#2 with Clomid=BFN
    8/09 IUI#3 with Clomid=BFN
    IVF#1 = BFN
    IVF#2 = BFN
    IVF#3 ET 2 Grade A blasts 11/16/11
    Beta #1: 485
    Beta #2: 2,495

    For both natural losses my period came 28-29 days later. (one loss at 6.5 wks, the other at 9.5).

    I took the meds -- AF came 85 days later, but don't let that discourage you. I think I'm very much the exception.?

    I'm sorry for your loss.. Mine showed up exactly 4 weeks to the day after my m/c.

    It took 47 days.  She just came 2 days ago.  It felt like forever, but I think she comes sooner in most cases.

    This was about the same for me. I am sorry for your loss and hope AF gets back to normal for you very soon!

    Oct 2008 m/c #1 5 weeks, May 2009 m/c #2 4w5d. BFP 6/23/09 EDD 3/8/10!
