first period???

Hello! Tomorrow is 7 weeks since I had the babies and I am pumping and sometimes nursing with a shield .(we are working on this) I just stopped bleeding a week ago from delivery and today I am  bleeding again. Is this an extension from that or my period? Thursday was my postpartum checkup and she said everything looked fine. Yesterday I missed a couple pumping sessions due to a few Dr apts could this have triggered it? When did you get your first period?
