I sell Usborne books. It's a great job for moms because as a mom you inevitably meet other moms. Did I use moms enough in that sentance? It's also a good recession proof income because people will always spend money on their kids and most of the Usborne books are less than $10 anyway (a ton are $5). I started my own photography business. I originally wanted to just do it on the side for extra spending $$ but it took off and now I make more that I did when I was working full time. I can stay home, edit at night, and do shoots on the weekends. It's awesome.

I rent personalized lawn storks to announce the birth of new babies. I also rent fairy princess signs and all kinds of signs for children's birthdays, weddings etc.. I've been doing it for 7 years and still love it!
