Bad headache

in 2nd Trimester

Has anyone had bad headaches in 2nd tri?  I am not one that gets bad headaches, but I woke up this morning with one and 12 hours later it has not gone away.  I did take Tylenol but didn't help.  I can't help but worry!

I googled and found that most headaches occur in 1st tri.

Any secret cures?

    Nope. Cold rag on your head. Dark room. Lots of water. Eat plenty of good food no junk food. Thats all I have.

    I had a horrible one today - lasted from noon until...well, its 10:20pm now.  I get them every couple of days.  Sorry, but I haven't found anything that works yet!  Laying down and closing my eyes makes me feel more comfortable...but my head still hurts.  I try to just go on with my day because I figure no matter what I do or where I am, its going to hurt :(

    you could try having a soda or cup of coffee... sometimes a little caffeine helps. hope it goes away soon!

    My OB prescribed me vicodin...but sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't...just depends!!

    Oh wow, vicodin?  That makes me nauseous!  Definitely try some food.  I get headaches pretty much every day, I eat and then I feel mucho better.

    I get headaches a lot but usually a coke and 2 tylenol help
