Help me with a new purse

So I had to exchange my coach purse I got last year because it was falling apart and coach discontinued it because of this problem so now I need to exchange it and right now I have this first one home(dimensions12 1/4 (L) x 12 3/4 (H) x 4 (W) )...   But I kinda like the 2nd  one as its not so huge and maybe a little trendier( dimensions 14 1/2 (H) x 9 1/4 (L) x 7 (W)?  I have to tell you I"m not a big purse kinda person so the first one looks really huge to me

    Hmm.  The shape and size of the top one does look a little more traditional/older, but I'm not crazy about the bottom one.  It's too much gold I think, it feels kind of J-lo to me.  I like the coloring and dark leather details on the top one.  What about something like this?  It's the Op Art in the Sabrina style:

    HA Deb I had that one home first!  But it was really hard to get things in and out of, it just didn't open very wide and since I carry toys, snacks and bottles lol!

    I vote for purse #1!   Have you looked at any of the leather styles?  If I had more money this bad boy would be home with me right now!

    Ha!  Too funny!  :)

    Well that makes sense.  You might want a tote or shopper style then so it's roomy.  I like these as well, they look roomy but not too "diaper bag"ish.  :)

    How funny, I was just looking on Coach's website, I want a black one but I can't find what I'm looking for.. But I really like #1.. I think you could rock it! It is traditional, but also very chic... I also think the more traditional you go, the longer you can carry it. Good luck finding the right one!

    I like the big one.  I have a huge purse and it rocks when we go to restaurants and need snacks, toys, etc...  Never used the diaper bag, even with twins.  It just sits in the car.

    My big ol' purse holds hand wipes, kleenex, about 6 little cars/toys, a sticker book, an apple juice, a bagie of cheerios, plus my stuff.  Then on restaurant visits it can hold a bunch of snacks and books.
