We were at the grocery store earlier and I let DD hold onto a box of cookies. Well, when it was time to pay out (and give up the cookies) she got pissed! She screamed at the top of her lungs!

She said DaDa at 7ish months. The other stuff is pretty recent (within the last few weeks).

We read her 1-2 bedtime stories (depending on length). Sometimes I read her a story during the day. I also point stuff out and say what it is.
She always tries to crawl away. My DH just puts her back in his lap until she gives up. She's always better if she can help me hold it.
