does anyone use a maternity belt?

i'm having a lot of lower back pain lately, and someone suggested a maternity belt.  I haven't done any research yet, but I wanted to see if anyone has experience with these.  also, any pros and cons would be helpful.  thanks!

    I bought a belt and ended up returning it.  I tried it around the house and it was helpful while standing but painful while sitting.  I got it from BRU.  HTH

    I used a belt...got it at BRU...I felt like a rockstar when I wore it!  It was a bit of a pain to get on and off (esp. when using the restroom)...but it made me feel so good that it was worth it. It was like $30.
