buy pants?

So I need to buy new pants (like khaki or twill) because I told work yesterday & my new "light-duty" position means not wearing my regular uniform (paramedic). I'm torn between buying maternity pants or just a few pair of regular pants & wearing them with my BellaBand for as long as possible. I don't own anything but jeans so either way this means spending $$$. I'm afraid maternity pants will be too big but then if I go the regular pant route I'll have to spend more $$$ down the road when I really "pop".

    I would buy a bigger size, That way you will have them after the baby is born.

    I would buy maternity pants.  Maternity pants are made for pregnant women, they have more room in the hips and waist, bigger pants are just going to be wider all around.  You should go to Pea in the Pod or other maternity store and try them on.  I just bought my first pair and was surprised how well they fit and that they didn't look like maternity pants.     Yea, cave and buy the pants. You'll be able to take the deepest most comfortable breath ever! I bought a pair a week ago and until I start popping more you can fold down the elastic belly part over your hips, and with a longer top they look like normal (but immensely more comfortable) jeans : )
