    I don't. I don't have any airline mile cards... I'm too afraid of the airline going bankrupt & losing all of those miles. Sort of alarmist, I know, but the airlines don't have a great track record in my mind. Hawaiian has gone into bankruptcy at least one time, so there's no saying it won't happen again.
