Had my first real appt yesterday

I am officially 7 wks pg and we had a nice strong heartbeat at 133. ?I am so happy and relieved....for now ?:) ?We go back in early April for another ultrasound and appt. ?At 16 weeks I will start going to appts every 2 wks to check my cervix.
