Sanitizing the crib?

not to put too fine a point on it, but since DD had the flu this week I have cleaned a good amount of bodily fluids out of the crib. I want to really clean it but I am not sure what is safe. I know clorax wipes are safe on toys, but would it be safe to use on the crib? Any suggestions?

I would probably use the wipes. ?But maybe test it first to make sure the bleach doesn't remove the paint or wood stain. ?
You could also just use old fashioned soap and water. ?Then spray it down with Lysol after. ??
