crib question

How long does it take most cribs to come in?  When should you order the crib by?  I know this has been asked but I couldn't find it using search.  TIA

    It honestly depends on where you are getting it from.  My crib and dresser were in stock, but I had to wait 6 weeks to get my changing table.  Start looking at shipping times at the different places you are interested from buying from.

    It's going to depend on where you go and what you get. Some might arrive in a couple weeks but others several months.

    I *think* we waited 8 weeks or so.

    It seems like it really depends on where you order from and/or the crib manufacturer. Some come in in just a few weeks, others take take a few months. I'd check with the place you want to get your crib from and be sure from them. I don't think you're too early to order though.

    i ordered ours last wed because it said 6-8 weeks for deleviry so i figure ok that would be good then i would get it when i was in my 20s week wise well i guess it didnt take that long because i got it yesterday. its going to sit a while before the nursery is done but i am relieved that it is here. gl

    I know that it is different for every store and company that makes it.  My  furniture is coming from Buy Buy Baby and the company is Baby Appleseed.  It takes 8-12 weeks.

    I think that is where I am getting my crib from too, so good to know :)

    Ours was in stock at the BRU warehouse so it arrived 9 business days after we ordered it.

    We're using the dresser I used growing up and put a changing pad on top. So we didn't look at cribs or changing tables.

    We ordered from BRU last Friday and they called us the following Wednesday to let us know it was in.
