40wks 2 days and nothing!

Went to the dr again today...and still NOTHING!  I'm about 75 % effaced, but no dilation....I'm so mad and frustrated, and everything all at once...I can barely stand to look at my Dh, cause for some reason i'm mad at him....i know it's not his fault and baby E will come when s/he's ready, but my god...i'm ready now!  The dr said they won't induce until the 9th due to the fact they don't want to do it before my cervix is ready or the chances of a c-section is much higher than he would like.  So now i just wait....and wait....I pray something happens this weekend!!

    my mom took two shots of whiskey and jumped up and down when I was 14 days late.  She had me the next day.....she might have been on to something, ha-ha.  Good luck!!!

    1 chemical and 1 loss at 9 weeks prior to DS
    IVF #1 1/10-transfered 2 blasts- DS born 10/2010

    Trying for # 2 since 2012.  2 failed FETS 1 failed IUI.
    IUI#2 4/14/14-- BFP !!!!! Beta #1 14dpiui= 45 Beta #2 16dpiui= 80  Beta #3 18dpiui= 88 (chemical pregnancy)
    March 2015- Chemical pg

    1/25/16- BFP  Beta1 12dpo = 17, Beta 2 14 dpo = 28.. resulted in one beautiful boy born 9/21/16 :)

    Now I'm a stay at home loving life and pursuing my love of photography!!!

    I was 9 days late.. my dr checked me on a friday and I had no symptoms, no progress, and I went into labor on Sunday.  The baby didn't even drop until I was pushing!

    Sending you lots of dilation dust, lots of it!!! 

    My friend who was due 2 days after me just had her baby today (I'm jealous).  I can understand where you're coming from!  Hang in there!

    My daughter was 6 days late and it was EXCRUCIATING!!!! I was totally closed and 0% effaced until the day I went into labor. I know how hard the waiting is. I promise you won't stay pregnant forever!!!
