I hate jerky people...Work vent

This jerkwad just called in for one of our techs. I told him he's on the phone & not available. His response was " Well, I need to talk to him NOW" Um, yeah let me get right on that. So he said " PUT ME ON HOLD" which I had already offered to do. So I say " Whatever you want sir" but I guarantee you he will tell Marcel I said " Whatever". Ugh! I hate jerky people! Vent over---Only 90 mins to go!!!

    I don't like those people who think that they are above everyone else. They should have what ever problem they have not fixed just for how rude they are.

    I also have a job that sometimes, I tell them what they need to hear and they want to talk with some one else to repeat what I just stated "Second Voice Syndrome" as my DH calls it.
