They are pretty pricey and really depends on how big you want it. I have a friend that got one from a specialty store and had it assembled on site and it cost them 4-5K. We got a similar one from Home Depot. My husband put it together and it cost us around 1k. Not cheap but much cheaper than the specialty stores. I think 1,000 was the cheapest we saw for the swings, slide, tower, etc. I will say this was 2 years ago so not sure of current prices.
I am looking to get one of those wood towers with swings and a slide. Do you recommend anyone or have any idea as to how much these things cost? TIA!
The one I just saw at Sam's 2 days ago was $1200! The wood ones are the most expensive. But it just depends on what you get - how big it is and what's included - swings, slide, monkey bars, rock climbing wall, etc. Some of them come super tricked out!
I know that my next door neighbor's have a large set that cost them a few thousand. It is awesome! They said they want to just move it to our yard when their girls are older. Yes please!
We have one!!! But I can't help you out with costs because it came with the house. I think cost would all depend on how big and luxurious you want. Check out some websites!!!
Re: Do you have a play set in the backyard?
we are planning on getting one for DDs 2nd b-day so it will be set up for the welcome party for baby #2.
we looked around a bit and found the one at BJs was the best price and was the exact same as so many at the more expensive places.
check big discount stores. they are so much cheaper.
