Do you wear your wedding rings 24/7 or do you take them off at home? Coworker and I were just discussing this. I take mine off when I get home and put on my PJ pants. Don't know why, just always have.

They are on 24/7 unless they are clean then I will take them off when I shower but I always get lazy again and they stay on in the shower too.

The only time I take mine off is when I am weight training. The metal dumbbells and such tend to scratch

Both H and I take ours off as soon as we walk in the door. We have a little box we put our rings and watches in each night so George and Harry don't get them.

I take mine off to sleep. I have scratched myself while sleeping before. I also remove it to shower and it I am doing cooking that involves getting my hands gross.

I used to wear them 24/7. Then they got too tight about halfway through my pregnancy and they still don't fit. I need to get them re-sized

I used to leave mien on all the time, but in the last 6 months or so I have taken them off at night. I can't remember if there was a reason behind it or not. But now i have to take them off for Bren's bath cause otherwise they would slip off. I am going to have to have them sized smaller once I am done losing weight.

I wear them all the time. ?Only time I haven't worn them is when I had a job like food service that was messy or put me at risk of losing them in the dish water.

On a side note: People who don't know my husband are always surprised when I tell them I'm married. ?We wear our rings on our right hands (religious and cultural thing). ?Maybe I should get a toy ring or something to put on my left.

24/7 except when they are being cleaned, when I am cleaning, or when I am applying lotion. I shower with them on too.

Reminds me though, I broke a prong and I need to have all the settings checked. They are getting banged up pretty well, and I need to have them looked at. I sort of doubt I will be able to continue wearing them like this all the time though, which makes me sad. But they were specially done with a really hard to find cut/size of sapphires so I will have a really, really hard time replacing them if I break or lose a stone.

This also reminds me that I need to have mine re-rhodiumed. My they are white gold and ever since I had the e ring resized the rhodium wears off after a couple of years.

I take mine off at home. Mostly b/c I have developed some kind of skin issue on my ring finger. I don't know if I'm now allergic to gold or what, but the skin around where my rings are is all flaky and itchy and painful. But now I'm not convinced that it is from my rings b/c since I've been home on bedrest I really haven't been wearing my rings at all, and the skin is still all irritated. I don't get it!

That happened to my friend while she was pregnant, but within 2 weeks of delivery, she was fine again. Just some more pregnancy weirdness increasing her sensitivity to the metal, I guess.

DH takes his ring off immediately after walking in the door. I take mine off when I change clothes. We both try to always wear them outside of the house.

I used to take them off, at night, and they would get loose if it was cold so I would take them off then too. But they got stolen 2 weeks ago so now I do nothing...still a little bitter about the whole thing.

Ditto. Sometimes I forget to put them back on and I realize it the next day cause my finger feels naked.
