I am new to the bump. I have been off the pill since July 2008 (can't believe how time flies). I have been charting my periods since getting off the pill and they range from 26 days to 42 days Confused

at the longest. I have not monitored my temp but have been using ovulation kits which say I am ovulating. Hoping to get preggers soon!

Ovulation kits can only tell you that you're *likely* to ovulate soon. ?It's possible to get a positive ovulation test and end up not ovulating until later (or not at all). ?If you want to confirm that you're ovulating, and to make sure you're timing intercourse appropriate, you need to chart your waking temperatures.

I am going to start after my next period to make sure....especially with my random cycles. I did buy a basal temp therm and it broke less than a week in so I am going to get a new one this weekend.
