I wouldn't reheat it. I have let it sit out for up to 4 hours to reuse without problems. Now that he is older I put it back in the fridge for up to 4 hours as he likes cold milk now. I would not freeze it or use it past the 4 hours from the time I orginally took it out.
I've been told by my LC that you can save an unfinished bottle fof breast milk for the next feeding in the fridge. She also recommended to change the nipple.
