Apparently I need more sunlight...

My dr. called and told me to get more sun - my vitamin D is low. It's a little hard when it seems like I'm never home when the sun is out!

Also, my good cholesterol is low, and my platelet number is high - not sure what that means, but dr. seems to think it was a lab error - I have to go back in for retesting...

And there's my update from my TTC dr's visit. Hope you all enjoyed it.

Seriously..hit the beach girl. You only need like 15 minutes a day or something. We don't get that here in the winter.

Try living in AK. My Vit D levels are so low it's not even funny. We had to start taking vit. D tabs. You can try that instead of sunlight. or go to the tanning bed

No tanning beds for me. I bring new meaning to the term "pale." I don't even tan - I go from white to pink to red, all in about 20 minutes. No joke. Most of my family members have had skin cancer issues.

It's actually kind of funny. All my life I was told to stay out of the sun, and now the dr. wants me in the sun!
