I am debating on leaving my house and going into the snow storm to get something to eat. Otherwise if I stay home it's a jalapeno-chedder brat and some homemade mac n cheese. What did you have for lunch?

It's raining & cold out, so the only thing in my work freezer that I have is a Pepperoni Lean Pocket. So that is what I had, and some pretzels. SO not fulfilling.

Eggplant parmesean, pasta, spinach and some grapes. I love having free lunch in our school cafeteria : ) And this is good food, not like when i was in school! (plus this is a private, college-prep school with tuition over $20k per year. That may have something to do with it)

Weird that its snowing where you are, its nearly 90 outside here!!

I had PB&J on whole wheat, sun chips, apple sauce, and grapes. I'm thinking of going to the food court below my office to get a chocolate chip cookie to tide me over until we go out to Noodles & Co for dinner....mmmm Pad Thai with tofu and no sprouts. SOOOO good!

Mmmm...I would eat the hck out of a jalapeno and cheddar anything!

I had leftover asian stir-fry that we made at home last night. Really trying to save $$$.

In fact, I bought three peppers and cut up all my peppers, onion, and chicken at the same time so that we could make stir-fry one night and jajitas the next. Thought I was being economical, but DH does not like it! Says he feels like he's eating the same thing two nights in a row. He just doesn't like bell peppers as much as me!
