  but if you still want calcium, please feel free to come drink and shower in the water in Arizona! But yeah, keep eating those bananas, my cramps finally went away!

  p.s. it was me who brought up the calcium...and yes that is what has caused my cramps. remember the "everyone's bodys work differently" statement? I drink enough water for two adults and have a banana evey morning for breakfast...and what did I get last night, that's right a calf cramp. However I am lactose intolerant and barely drink milk, eat yogurt or cheese. I'm glad that you figured it is water you need, but please don't discredit that not everyone has the same body.
