We plan on signing up for the classes that our hospital offers, I'm just not sure when the best time is to do it. The 2 options are when I'm 31-33 weeks or 35-37 weeks. Does it really matter too much?

You're gonna want this back
You're gonna wish these days hadn't gone by so fast..."
Re: Childbirth Classes - are you taking them and when?
I don't think it really matters.
DH and I are skipping the classes.
If I were you, I would take the first session (31-33) in case you deliver early.
Yes I am (instead of knitting class) and I am taking them (let me check my planer...) Weeks 31 -33.
Plus it comes with a bonus free breastfeeding class!!!! With free lunch! Double bonus for a lady like myself who loves to talk boobs over my afternoon meal :-)
I'm just signing up for the class that I have to take to get the hospital tour - it's about 2 hours long or something. I'm signing up for the one that is 6 weeks before my due date.
Otherwise no I'm not doing it.

I would take them earlier rather than later to be safe.
Mine start at 17 weeks (for many reasons, that's not the norm).
The earlier the better. My Hospital reccomends 24-28 weeks. So I have to call and schedule mine soon. Ours is a 4 wk course and it's one 2 hour course per week.
My hubby was open for the class idea, until we realized we'd have to get a babysitter 4 weeks in a row and shell out $150 for the class. I compromised with him and so now we are ordering this video:

and we are making it a date night at home. I am excited. I remember from the last time that I used nothing that I learned in the class during birth. That was just my experience though and probably is more because I researched and read so much on my own, that it was just repetitive. We are doing a hospital tour at 32 weeks.
