Isn't this a little cold for them to be hanging onto?

Or am I just silly? lol I guess it thaws pretty quick

Only wet down part of the cloth so they can hold onto a dry end too.

When I did that for DD, I only wet half of it, so she had something to hold onto that wasn't cold.

it never bothered DS. What works even better for us now is an ice cube in the mesh feeder. He actually hangs on to it until the ice fully melts rather than tossing it aside on the floor.

We have been using the mesh holder too. In fact, I ran and got another one today so we can have 2 at hand. DD is a teething monster right now and she needs her ice cubes...

only wet one end, freeze in plastic bag, then they can hang on to the end that isn't wet/frozen.
