Do you have sign twirlers in your area? I'm wondering how much they get paid - perhaps per sign twirl, a little ticker measures the spins the sign has made? How effective is it really? And who the heck decides to get their taxes done someplace because a chick in a statue of liberty costume, crazy glasses and a sash waved a sign?
