  Here's my schedule -

  4:30 a.m. - alarm goes off. dreamfeed DS

  5:30 a.m. - double pump after shower/hair/makeup

  6:30 a.m. - nurse DS

  9:30 a.m. - pump at work

  12 p.m. - pump at work

  3 p.m. - pump at work

  We pick DS up from daycare around 4:30 and I then feed on demand until DS goes to sleep sometime around 7:30 or 8. I'll try to sneak in a dreamfeed sometime around 9, depending on when DH and I go to bed and then feed on demand throughout the night.

  I like privacy. A lot.

  He goes to bed at 6 pm and I pump around 9ish.  I also pump after nursing him in the morning IF I have to work.  I always pump both sides.

  Whew, I'm not the only one with an early wake-up call.

  4am - pump

  5am - dreamfeed (though sometimes the dreamfeed comes first and then pumping, depending on if she is stirring when the alarm goes off or not. I prefer to dreamfeed second because I'm pretty engorged in the morning and the pump just cannot empty me as well as DD can.)

  8am - pump at work

  10am - pump at work

  12pm - pump at work

  2:15pm - nurse DD when I arrive home and on demand throughout the evening

  9:30pm - nurse DD to sleep, feed on demand if she wakes during the night.

  DS is usually asleep by 7:30pm.  I pump before I go to bed at 9pm.
