child care options in the area?

hi nesties! I don't post over here often, as I am usually on the babies board 0-6, but I was hoping I could get some advice from some local nesties!  I go back to work in 5 weeks, and it seems the person that we had to watch our little one may have fallen through! We are scrambling looking for an alternative, as this was the most ideal situation for us and we had not even given a thought to day care options. I am wondering if any of you have any advice on where to look for child care or if you could reccommend someone? I also have been looking for local mommy boards in the area to gather as much info as possible. anyone know of any other mommy boards in the area? I am in the valley village/studio city area.
