Thawed breastmilk, how long is it good for?

I heard that bm was only good for 24 hours after its thawed. T or F?

24 hours is the official recommendation. I'm sure some will confess to stretching this a bit, though.

24hrs in the fridge.

room temp-- i give to baby right away or toss. i dont let it sit out like fresh BM can.

It's recommended to use within 24 hrs thaw milk store in the fridge.
